In 1962, the house was sold by Jacques R. Cutaiar to James E. Wagner for $21,500. Despite this, the Rocktashel family continued to rent space in the house. Dr. Wagner and his wife Ruth (née Felty) lived there until at least 1965. Joseph & Kathryn Hussey purchased the home in 1967, and lived in the house from then until at least her death in 1971, where it passed to her daughter Carol.
