History
The land was sold to the Raymond family in 1913 by Charles S. Taylor for $1,000, and the home was completed probably that year. However, the Raymond family is listed as having lived on Bewley for the 1910 census, so it's possible the home existed then and was merely sold to renters by that time.

Joseph & Kathryn Hussey purchased the home in 1967, and lived in the house from then until at least her death in 1971, where it passed to her daughter Carol.
